Ironside Farrar's multi-disciplinary team of professionals is experienced in the preparation of Environmental Impact Statements to meet the requirements of EEC Directive 85/337, as amended and recently updated within the Environment Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999. The practice is a member of the Institute of Environmental Assessment and the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association. The practice has experience in depth in PLI and preparation of expert witness testimony.
