Ian is a leading member of the practices award winning Landscape Delivery Team who provides the role of Contract Administrator / Project Manager using his wealth of experience in managing Design Teams, Programming, Risk Appraisal and Contractor Management.

Ian's Public Realm experience and Engineering background allow him to manage both Design Team and Contractor simultaneously, and efficiently to ensure information sharing and technical responses are addressed in a timely manner to meet the programme.

Ian is a leading member of our internal Health & Safety Group who also assists us with providing the role of Principal Designer on our behalf ensuring we fully comply with our statutory obligations and duties under the CDM 2015 Regulations.
