Ironside Farrar have extensive experience in strategic land development for residential and mixed-use developments across the 500-2500 home range. We have successfully masterplanned and supported implementation of large strategic land releases working with both strategic land interests and housing developers.

We offer integrated residential design that incorporates all the requirements of NPF4 and the Planning & Infrastructure Bill addressing holistically environment, ecology and landscape, alongside sustainable drainage, geo-tech, civil engineering infrastructure and urban design.
